Warranty:
One year (12 months) warranty for all the products except for xenon- ja SilverVision-bulbs, wich come with a warranty of 3 months. The beginning of the warranty is the delivery date. The warranty covers the faults in both materials and production. The warranty does not cover any damages to anything else than the product itself.
It is possible to get a refund for ordered products that are sent back within 14 days. The postage costs are to be payed by the customer and the refund will be paid once the product has been checked to be in resell condition.
Packaging and postage costs :
- To Finland: 0,00 eur
- To other countries: starting from 0,00 eur. Please ask for more.Xenonled.com is not responsible for any damages happened to the order during transportation. It is possible to get an insurance for the order in customers expence.
Ordering and delivering :
Ordering through E-mail or by phone (preferably E-mail). Delivery will be posted after the payment of the order has been made. It is also possible to pick up the order from Tampere, Finland (ask more on this option).
Prices:
The prices can be changed without a notice or warning. The prices presented on the pages are prices at the moment. All the prices include VAT 22%.
We will not take any responsibility for any kind of misuse of our products. The products are mainly ment for off-road use only, not for road-use.
